2026 Annual General Meeting

COMP 2026 Virtual Annual General Meeting
Thursday June 11, 2026 11:00-12:00 Eastern Time

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Members of the CANADIAN ORGANIZATION OF MEDICAL PHYSICISTS (COMP) will be held in electronically via Zoom on June 11, 2026 at 11:00 AM ET for the following purposes: 

1. To receive the audited financial statements of COMP for the financial year ended December 31, 2025;  
   
2. To announce new Directors of the COMP Board;  and
3. To transact such other business as may properly be brought before the meeting. 

To join us via Zoom webinar pre-registration is required by June 9, 2026 at 4:00 PM ET.

The AGM meeting agenda can be accessed here. The full meeting package will be available 2 weeks before the meeting.
