Science Spoken Succinctly Competition
Science Spoken Succinctly (S3) is a research communication competition where participants prepared three-minute presentations aimed at sharing the significance of their science in a compelling yet understandable manner.
S3 is all about communication, conveying your research in an engaging way to those outside of the field! Limited to one slide and only three minutes, this competition was judged by a panel of locals who range from high school teachers to news anchors.
This competition is open to all non-faculty members of COMP (MScs, PHDs, post-docs or residents!) and will include a $1,000 cash prize pool.
Please take the time to complete the following short application form detailing your motivation for participating in the event along with a short summary of your research.
