3:15pm - 4:15pm	Confederation I	Young Professional: Interview Skills Ian Anderson, MBA Professor Algonquin College Biography Ian has been teaching at Algonquin College for 13 years, primarily in HR and Management. Ian has been a coordinator, course developer, facilitator, mentor and coach during his time at the college. His background in industry includes being an HR Director of a large IT firm and as a management consultant for more than 25 years. Ian has served as Board Chair for several Ottawa-based charities. Ian is the author of the 8th edition Fundamentals of Management from Pearson Canada and the Knowledge Management chapter in the C.S.A.E. Association Handbook. When he’s not teaching, Ian is a Sommelier and has been a hockey, soccer and basketball coach for more than 20 years. Ian received an MBA in Innovation Leadership from the University of Fredericton in early 2015 and is a Certified Change Management Professional through ProSci.
