Soumission des résumés pour l'école d'hiver 2026

disponible uniquement en anglais

The theme at COMP Winter School 2026 is Quality and Safety in the Practice of Radiation Medicine and Medical Imaging: 2010-2025. The planning committee invites you to submit your projects for the Project Gallery, to be held on Friday, January 30, 2026.

The Project Gallery is a lively, informal space where Winter School attendees can wander, chat, and explore projects that catch their attention. Whether you're showcasing a quality improvement initiative, a safety audit, or a visual storytelling piece, this is your chance to spark conversation and share your learnings.

Each presenter will have 15 mins to share their project. How you present it up to you. The format is intentionally flexible: we welcome audit tools, dashboards, infographics, or anything else that helps bring your project to life.

Please answer the following questions as part of your abstract submission (max. 500 words):

  • What problem or opportunity did your project address?
  • What methods, tools, or collaborations were involved?
  • Was this a single-site initiative, a multi-center effort?
  • Share what you learned, what changed, or what surprised you. This can include data, stories, or lessons that others might apply in their own settings
  • How will you engage attendees during the Gallery? Examples:
    • A short slide movie or animation (~5 minutes)
    • A live demo of your audit tool or dashboard
    • A visual timeline or storyboard
    • A question prompt or mini activity to spark discussion

Project abstracts must be submitted by 5:00 PM ET on Friday, November 14, 2025.

Successful submissions will be notified in early-December.

Please use upper and lower case when entering title
