Call for Applications: MedPhys Slam – Canadian Chapter

Dear COMP members:

MedPhys Slam is a science communication competition where medical physics trainees present their research to a non-specialist audience in three minutes and with no more than three slides.

Previously known as ‘Science Spoken Succinctly’ (S3), this competition is open to students, postdoctoral researchers, and residents affiliated with COMP (and not affiliated with an AAPM Chapter), this competition challenges participants to communicate their work with clarity, engagement, and impact. 

The top three applicants will be awarded cash prizes and represent the Canadian Chapter at the Joint AAPM/COMP Annual Scientific Meeting.
