- The Canadian Organization of Medical Physics is providing two registration awards for Indigenous trainees who are in the fields of medical physics, radiation oncology or radiation therapy. Applicants are eligible if they are Canadian and a member of a First Nations, Métis or Inuit community. The deadline to apply is January 21, 2021. Get the full details here.

- The Professional Affairs Committee worked in 2021 to incorporate member feedback into the Medical Physics Core Competency Profile. The updated profile document was approved by the COMP Board of Directors in December 2021 and can now be found in the member's only section of the COMP website.
