  • The Canadian Organization of Medical Physicists (COMP) Women’s Committee IDEA (Inclusivity, Diversity, Equity, Accessibility) group's series “Shattering Glass Ceilings: Celebrating Remarkable Physicists” spotlights and celebrates the accomplishments by individuals in the medical physics field in Canada who have faced invisible barriers. In such a rapidly evolving field in which innovation and leadership are key driving factors, they want to take a moment to recognize the foundational work done by leaders within the Canadian medical physics community. This quarter, they are featuring excerpts from our interview with Dr. Young Lee and Patricia Baxter on their experiences, hopes, and achievements in medical physics. This interview is moderated by Dr. Sarah Aubert and Charlotte Ferworn and can be viewed here: Dr. Young Lee and Patricia Baxter (Moderators: Dr. Sarah Aubert and Charlotte Ferworn) - YouTube
