Individual Reservations
We are pleased to confirm a special rate of $249.00 CAD per night at the Brookstreet Hotel. These rates are in effect from January 27, 2026 until January 31, 2026.
Reservation must be made by January 10, 2026 to qualify for the group rate. Booking by this deadline guarantees your room at the host hotel.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made by 4 pm the day prior to arrival (24-hours in advance) in order to avoid paying a cancellation penalty fee equivalent to one night’s room charge plus taxes.
