COVID-19 and the COMP ASM
The COMP Annual Scientific Meeting is being held in person in Quebec City and we are hopeful that will remain the case as we approach June.
Our commitment is to the safety and well-being of COMP members and attendees. We are working with the Fairmont Chateau Frontenac to monitor provincial and Canadian restrictions resulting from the pandemic and will work to ensure a safe in-person meeting. We will have contingencies in place to hold components of the program virtually should that not be possible.
Cancellation Policy
Delegates will have until June 1, 2022, to cancel their registration. COMP is unable to accept cancellations submitted after this date. Cancellations will be subject to a $25 administrative fee. Registration transfers are permitted, member and non-member price differences will apply. Cancellation and transfer requests must be made via email to Khadija Cutcher (khadija@comp-ocpm.ca).
Cancellation of accommodation or other travel arrangements must be arranged directly with booking providers. COMP does not assume any responsibility for costs incurred by delegates as a result.
In the event that COMP is required to cancel the ASM, registered delegates will be issued a 100% registration credit that can be used until December 31, 2023, for registration at a future COMP event including the ASM scheduled for September 2023 in Montreal. Registration credit is non-transferrable.
We are pleased to partner with the International Conference on 3D and Advanced Dosimetry. Registration is encouraged for both events.
The COMP Student Council (CS) is excited to announce the Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility (IDEA) Travel Award to provide expense support for students who are members of underrepresented groups and that demonstrate financial need to attend the ASM.
